See flyer for event details: TWELVE POINTS BIKE RIDE

This morning ride of approximately 12.5 miles through back roads of Marietta offers strategically scheduled stopping stations along the route for learning and reflection. At each location, a representative of a diverse religious group—from Christian to Jewish and other spiritual communities—will talk generally about their religious beliefs. Each speaker will then universally relate these personal beliefs to one of the 12 points of the Boy Scout Law and their meaning in the greater community. The 12 Points of the Scout Law are recited readily by Boy Scouts…. A Scout is Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean, and Reverent. These globally accepted points serve as a moral compass for living in fellowship with the world.
