Seems Early Again
Please plan to attend our adult leader planning meeting on Tuesday at 7:00 PM at MVUMC. All assistant Scoutmasters, committee members, and any other interested adults are invited. With the missed meeting last week. With the chock full calendar this spring, there’s a lot of program at risk. Hope you can come and help us sort this all out! Each patrol needs to be represented by the lead ASM or a backup ASM, or even a parent! When a patrol is not represented at this meeting, it creates communication and coordination problems for the troop. If you can’t be there, reach out to other parents, many hands make light work! 5) Calendar review (activity planning/status for next 3 months)
6) Goals for 2013-2014 – Vision / Goals / Planning – status / work to be done
7) Patrol coaching (assigned ASMs, status with goal sheets, etc.)
