In general, we will follow the Cobb School System's announced cancellation
plans (www.cobbk12.org). Trips
may be rescheduled or have delayed departure conditions depending on the
weather. E-mail and Calling Post telephone messages will be sent when possible.

Troop Meetings
Troop meetings are generally held every Monday except the last Monday of the month.
The meetings are held at Mountain View United Methodist Church from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
PLC Meetings
Patrol Leaders Council (PLC) meetings are held on the last Monday of every month.
The troop officers and patrol
leaders are expected to be there. If a patrol leader can not make it the
assistant represents the patrol. While the officers and patrol leaders must be there, anyone is allowed
to attend. The meeting starts at 7:00 pm and goes thru 8:30 pm.
Parents Meetings
Parent meetings are held on the first Monday of every month. All parents
are encouraged to come and are needed. The parent meeting is at the same
time of the troop meeting, 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm. Parent meetings are not
the only time parents can attend. Parents are encouraged to attend when
ever possible.
OA Meetings
OA meetings are held by the district Kenesaw OA chapter. The meeting is during the Foothills District Roundtable
to make transportation convenient. Our Chapter meets the
2nd Thursday of every month at Roswell Street Baptist Church @ 7:30pm.
Roundtable
Roundtable is a adult leader meeting held monthly by the Foothills District. Roundtable
is held every second Thursday of the month from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm at the
Roswell Street Baptist in Marietta, GA.
