Here’s the looming deadlines for this trip to Crystal River Florida in January (18-20):
1) November 18th, 9pm – Snorkeling BSA instructor/location gets final (or very close) head count.
2) December 7th, 7AM – training for Snorkeling BSA (required for both youth and adults).
3) December 9th, 9PM – closeout of deposits for the trip ($60). We release unpaid slots the next day.
This trip is truly a unique experience that brings you face to face with one of nature’s most gentle giants and unfortunately, an endangered species. We will take a 400 mile road trip to Florida to camp and enjoy a 3 hour trip for snorkeling in the Crystal River with “sea cows”. The troop only takes this trip once every 3 years (or longer) so don’t miss this amazing opportunity. It is like nothing you’ve ever done before!
