Calling all Scouts to Marietta National Cemetery

Registration begins at 8:00 AM

Program begins at 8:30 AM

For the purpose of decorating each grave site with a United States Flag

Please assemble at MVUMC at 7:15AM, we will leave from the church at 7:25AM.
Adults are needed for transportation and supervision. Please sign-up to join other scouting units as we pay tribute to fallen soldiers who fought for our freedom. Uniformed Scouts will be given flags to place at each grave; they’ll then step back and salute the flag and the grave. Each scout who participates will receive a community service patch, provided by National Memorial Day Association of GA. All participants will receive one hour of service project hour.
CLASS A UNIFORM required. Bring permission slip.

Parking at library across the street from the cemetery. No vehicles permitted in cemetery
