Remember that the troop needs 2 notarized copies of each scout and adult’s health forms: Parts A,B, and C completed.
We will have notaries available on Monday, May 19th, at the Court of Honor to notarize your forms. The troop suggests that you keep your original form (with original part C) and make 2 copies to give to the troop.
