Please plan to attend our adult leader planning meeting on Tuesday at 7:00pm at MVUMC.
All assistant Scoutmasters, committee members, and any other interested adults are invited.
LEAD ASMs: Each patrol needs to be represented by the lead ASM or a backup ASM, or even “just a parent”! When a patrol is not represented at this meeting, it creates communication and coordination problems for the troop. If you can’t be there, reach out to other parents, many hands make light work!
We always have a lot to discuss but we’ll try hard to be done and out of there by about 8:30pm. Please let me know if you have other items for the agenda below.
