Scouts can look forward to the opportunity to interact with members of the Georgia General Assembly, a scavenger hunt in the Capitol building, recognition from the State House and State Senate, and many other fun and educational experiences.
Event is Wednesday, March 21st: Cobb County does not generally recognize this as an “excused” absence from school. Other districts/specific schools may treat this differently. Make sure of your school status before signing up/committing to this activity!
Ms. Ginger Moss (new T-714 Scout parent/volunteer) has volunteered to help coordinate our registration for this activity (we must register as a unit, not individually). She will have a sign-up sheet out on Monday night.
