From 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM on June 7, Girl Scouts from Troop 2481 are hosting a “Fun Field Day” for their Cadette, Silver Award project.
This will be at one of the mobile home parks that we serve in the Summer Lunch Program. Volunteers, including boy scouts and girl scouts, who would like to earn community service hours would be greatly appreciated.
It will be at Noonday Valley at 200 Dupree Rd., Woodstock from 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM on June 7th.
Volunteers will be helping with:
- Set-up/decorations of the event
- Activities including outdoor games, a Cherokee Co. coach will be there to lead some of the outdoor games
- Crafts
- Serving refreshments at snack time
- Breakdown and cleanup of event
